Our carbon footprint

Measure first.
Reduce with purpose.

We measure BUSUP’s carbon footprint across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 to understand where our impact is concentrated and where reduction efforts can make the biggest difference.

2025 measured footprint
7,538.83 t CO₂e
Across Scopes 1, 2, and 3
Scope 1 Direct operations
0.00 t CO₂e

No direct emissions were recorded in BUSUP’s 2025 footprint.

Scope 2 Purchased energy
8.06 t CO₂e

Emissions from the electricity used across our facilities.

Scope 3 Value chain
7,530.77 t CO₂e

Frequently Asked
Questions
(FAQ)

Does BUSUP provide sustainability reports for clients?

Each client has access to detailed reports of their routes and passengers, with real-time CO₂ metrics through Power BI dashboards. These reports can be directly integrated into corporate ESG and sustainability reports.

How does BUSUP improve my company’s sustainability?

BUSUP contributes to sustainability by turning commuting into a shared, optimized, and fully measurable service. This has a direct impact on achieving your company’s ESG goals. In practice, it reduces CO₂ emissions, lowers employees’ personal car expenses, and provides a service that improves the quality of life for your workforce.

Is BUSUP carbon neutral?

Yes, we are already carbon neutral in Scope 1 and are actively working to achieve full carbon neutrality by 2040, in line with The Climate Pledge.

How does BUSUP reduce a company’s carbon footprint?

BUSUP directly addresses Activity 7 of Scope III in the carbon footprint (commuting): the emissions generated by employees traveling between home and the workplace. Commuting can account from 7% to 15% of a company’s total emissions, depending on the sector. With BUSUP’s technology, it is possible to reduce this impact immediately and achieve visible results.
